At the time it was awarded to the companies Afinia and Aire, it was necessary to separate the monitoring system, in which case, each of the winning companies had to have its own monitoring system, contemplating the devices of each of the substations of the Atlantic Coast.
One of the largest Energy Companies in Colombia, decided to acquire Energia de Tolima Company (Enertolima). Unlike the spin-off project contemplated in 3 electrical Companies were fused, therefore their monitoring systems had to be joined, integrating into a single system all the Data Acquisition Units and Power Quality Analysis.
