Diagnosis and corrective maintenance of thirty-two (32) Active Filters of the Schneider Electric PCS series installed in the CPF1 and CPF2 Crude Oil Production Facility Centers of Oil & Gas company
Before the service, there were 22 active filters out of service, once the diagnosis and corrective maintenance were done, the operation of 12 filters were recovered, leaving a total of 22 filters in service and only 10 out of service for change of spare parts and/or update. This made possible the considerably reduction of the reactive power consumption and the harmonic content present in the CPF1 and CPF2 systems, improving the electrical conditions of the equipment.
